Where I can get a red bird of paradise plant in Canada?
It is a shrubby plant that grows throughout Arizona and probably in the rest of the South … this is not the bird of paradise plant interior. This plant is also known as Mexican bird of paradise, pride of Barbados Caesalpinia pulcherrima. I am looking desperately to find one, order online, ask someone to dig one and send it to me … i even have been there, try to take pieces small plant roots … never reached the roots. the thing is that I need to get at least 7 years of age because what I understand that no flowering in its seventh year and the flowers are the easy part. So a factory in 7 years would be about 60 cm high, I guess. Does anyone know of a nursery that sells … any advice I'll have more of these help. so far I have only pictures of them …. thanks
