What is the name of the cascade tree with yellow flowers that bloom at this time in British Columbia?
What you can do is Forsythia, or today I saw some beautiful Laburnum (golden chain?). They seem to be more than forsythia hangy, over a waterfall. Beautiful, but seeds are deadly poisonous, while around children and animals, a good idea!
